Terms

The Business Applicant and each Principal, person or entity signing this Application or an Application Addendum Form (“Signer”) represents,
acknowledges and certifies that all information and documents submitted in connection with this application are true, correct and complete. In the event
Voyage Financial, LLC declines to extend financing to the Business Applicant, Signers authorize Voyage Financial, LLC to disclose all information and
documents that Voyage Financial, LLC may obtain regarding Signers (whether from Signers or third partiers) to other persons or entities that are under contract
with Voyage Financial, LLC for the purpose of providing financing to applicants that Voyage Financial, LLC does not provide. Signers authorize Voyage
Financial, LLC, and each of its representatives, successors, assigns and designees (collectively “Recipients”) to engage in the following actions in
connection with applications for financing, including but not limited, to: (1) obtaining consumer, business and investigative reports and other information
about you, including credit pulls (hard or soft), from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian and Equifax; (2) obtaining
credit card processor statements and bank statements from banks, creditors and other third parties; (3) obtaining the release, by any creditor or financial
institution, of any information relating to you, to any Recipients; (4) transmitting this application form, along with any of the foregoing information obtained in
connection with this application, to any Recipients; and (5) contacting you via e-mail, call and/or text-message at the e-mail address and/or phone number
provided above, or at any e-mail address and/or phone number reasonably identified as belonging to you, including wireless numbers (if applicable), even if
listed on a Do-Not-Call registry, using an automated telephone dialing system or other similar system with respect to this application, future-related
commercial-financing opportunities and/or other lawful telemarketing purposes.

EACH SIGNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT VOYAGE FINANCIAL, LLC MAY RELY ON THE STATEMENTS AND INFORMATION SET FORTH IN THIS APPLICATION AND THAT SUCH STATEMENTS AND INFORMATION MAY BE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN ANY AGREEMENT ANY OF THE UNDERSIGNED MAY ENTER INTO WITH VOYAGE FINANCIAL, LLC. EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY AGREES TO NOTIFY VOYAGE FINANCIAL, LLC PROMPTLY OF ANY CHANGE IN ANY SUCH STATEMENT OR INFORMATION. EACH SIGNER HAS READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS APPLICATION, INCLUDING ANY ADDENDUM, AND REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN IS TRUE AND CORRECT.
